We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds to original payment method are not permitted.

All regular priced merchandise can be returned for store credit within 14 calendar days of the delivery or pickup date. Please note, refunds to the original payment method are not permitted for any product. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit. Please reference the product page to determine if an item is a final sale.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return for store credit if the purchase falls outside of our return window, we deem the product has been worn/original packaging missing, and/or if proof of purchase is not available.

Gift Returns

If you wish to process an online gift return through our returns portal, you will need the order # and zip code. If this information is not available, please reach out to customercare@lisagozlan.com  and our team will be happy to assist.

When submitting your return request online, please have your order # and shipping postal code ready to enter. If eligible for return, our system will guide you through a series of prompts and generate an automatic return label for you to ship your item back to us. Once your return is received and validated, your store credit will be processed and you will receive email confirmation. 

Please note, all online returns are subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. See Return Shipping Fees below for more information.

Packaging Your Return
Please note, for your item to be eligible for return it must be shipped in its original condition and packaging. If available, we kindly ask that you use the reusable padded pack, received with your original shipment, to securely package your return for shipment. 

International Returns

If you are returning from outside of the US, please contact customercare@lisagozlan.com to initiate your online return. 

When submitting your return request via email, please include your order # and shipping postal code. If eligible for return, we will provide you with a manual returns form to be completed and included in your return parcel.

Please note, shipping costs associated with international returns will be at the customers expense. Original shipping fees and/or duties & taxes are non-refundable. See Return Shipping Fees below for more information.

US RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All domestic, online returns for store credit are subject to a $10.00 shipping/handling fee. If you are returning for store credit, this fee will be deducted from your credit amount.

Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited to your store credit. This also applies to any duties and taxes incurred for international orders & returns.

As a general rule of thumb, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Apply perfumes/ lotions prior to putting your jewelry on
Take off to shower, bathe, swim, or for any activity that may expose the jewelry to water/ moisture

Brass Plated

Material: Our Brass Jewelry is plated in a thick layer (0.5 microns) of 18K Gold, Sterling Silver or Rhodium. 

Care: Brass plated jewelry will naturally experience loss of plating and/or tarnishing over time, particularly when exposed to environmental factors like water, moisture, air pollution, items containing sulfur and/or other harsh chemicals

Store: To increase the longevity of your brass jewelry, we suggest taking these pieces off and storing them in your LG dust pouch when engaging in any of the following activities 

  • Household or outdoor chores 
  • Showering, Bathing, Swimming, Tanning or any activity that would expose your item to water/moisture 
  • Strenuous activities, exercising or any activity that would exposure your item to sweat/moisture 

Clean: Should your brass jewelry become exposed to any of the above environmental factors, we suggest gently wiping the piece off with a dry microfiber cloth.

Gold Vermeil

Material: Our Gold Vermeil refers to a thick layer of 14K or 18K Gold, plated on 925 Sterling Silver. When compared to brass plated jewelry, gold vermeil provides increased strength and durability. 

Care: Gold Vermeil jewelry will naturally experience loss of plating and/or tarnishing over time, particularly when exposed to environmental factors like water, moisture, air pollution, items containing sulfur and/or other harsh chemicals.

Store: To increase the longevity of your gold vermeil jewelry, we suggest taking these pieces off and storing them in your LG dust pouch when engaging in any of the following activities 

  • Household or outdoor chores 
  • Showering, Bathing, Swimming, Tanning or any activity that would expose your item to water/moisture 
  • Strenuous activities, exercising or any activity that would exposure your item to sweat/moisture

Sterling Silver

Material: Our sterling silver is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper (925 Sterling Silver), a combination that is lightweight and highly durable.

Care: Sterling Silver can become tarnished when exposed to water, moisture, air pollution, items containing sulfur and/or other harsh chemicals. To help prevent tarnishing and/or a bild of dirt/oils, we suggest removing your sterling silver when engaging in any activity that may expose the jewelry to the above elements.

Store: We always recommend storing your jewelry in your LG dust pouch whenever it is off the body.

Clean: While sterling silver can become tarnished, you can always clean your sterling silver at home using a silver cleaning agent and microfiber cloth. This will be sure to bring your sterling silver jewelry back to its original luster.

10K & 14K Gold

Material: Our 10K & 14K gold is handcrafted to last a lifetime and can be worn everyday.

Care: To prevent the build up of oils and dirt, we recommend polishing your 10K / 14K jewelry on a periodic basis with a soft polishing or microfiber cloth. To reduce the appearance of scratches and/or imperfections, we recommend professional polishing every 6-12 months or on a need basis. Avoid contact with harsh surfaces and conditions to minimize scratching and structural damage. 

Store: Take care to store your 14k gold in its pouch and away from harsh conditions, somewhere safe and secure.

Clean: We appreciate the natural patina inherent to the life of your solid gold pieces. However, overtime, dirt, oil and grime can build up causing discoloration. For this reason, we recommend polishing your gold on a periodic basis or having your piece professionally polished every 6-12 months.

Measure Your Wrist

  1. Wrap soft measuring tape, a strip of paper or string around your wrist just above the wrist bone.
  2. If you are using paper or string, mark where the ends meet with a pen.
  3. With the measuring tape, note down the measurement of your wrist or measure the length of paper or string against a ruler to determine your wrist size.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. Kindly note that during special promotions, new product launches and peak periods, this fulfillment period may fluctuate. Please note, our order fulfillment period is consistent across all shipping services, including Express and Standard.

Please allow 24 hours from when your shipping label is created for your tracking to update.

Made-to-Order items will ship within 2-6 weeks from the purchase date. Will my bracelet tarnish?

The potential for tarnishing will depend on the material of your item! 

Brass: Brass-plated jewelry will naturally tarnish and/or experience loss of plating over time, particularly when exposed to environmental factors like water, moisture, air pollution, and items containing sulfur. Please reference our Brass Plated product care for more information on this material and how you can best care for your brass jewelry. 

Gold Vermeil: Our Gold Vermeil refers to 925 Sterling Silver, coated in a thick layer of 18KT Gold. While the material nature of Gold Vermeil allows for increased durability, these pieces are still susceptible to tarnishing or loss of plating overtime, especially when exposed to water, moisture, pollution, and items containing sulfur. Please reference our Gold Vermeil product care for more information on this material and how you can best care for your brass jewelry. 

Sterling Silver: 925 Sterling Silver can tarnish when exposed to water, air and moisture, forming a dull film over time. However, regular polishing with a silver cloth can always help to restore your item’s original luster! No, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, If you wish to process a return for store credit you can do so within 14 calendar days of the delivery/pickup date.

At any time once your order has shipped, you can track and monitor your parcels whereabouts by visiting FedEx.com and entering your tracking details. With FedEx Delivery Manager, you can opt to receive email or text notifications of delivery updates while your order is in transit.

Please note, all orders under $500 are shipped NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  You can opt to require a signature anytime before delivery.

Once our shipping courier has received your shipment, its whereabouts and therefore any delays while in transit (i.e., weather delays, custom clearance delays, holiday delays) are unfortunately out of our control. Order Packaging

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not offer gift wrapping or additional packaging for online orders. Instead, we focus on eco-friendly packaging that is both stylish and functional. To make gifting easier, we individually package each item in its own LG jewelry box, ensuring your purchases can be separated and wrapped as needed.

Single Item Purchases: Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in an LG jewelry box and placed inside a small LG jewelry dust pouch.

Multiple Item Purchases: Each item will be individually packaged in its own LG jewelry box. All items will then be carefully placed together in a larger LG jewelry dust pouch for secure and safe delivery.

Gift Purchases & Receipt

If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please ensure to check the “gift receipt” option at checkout. If your order is for multiple items, please indicate the item(s) in your purchase that will be gifted here in the order notes. This will ensure that you receive a gift receipt/purchase card with your order to be provided to your giftee. 

Duties & Taxes

All orders placed within the United States will not incur any duties/import taxes upon delivery.

The prices shown on the website exclude taxes. Upon proceeding with your order, sales tax (if applicable) and shipping fees will be computed based on the overall merchandise value and presented on the Order Summary page.

Lost or Stolen Packages

When placing an online order for shipment, please ensure the preferred shipping address is secure and correct. Once a parcel has left our facilities, its whereabouts become the responsibility of the shipping courier.
